"Shipping was faster than expected"
I ordered from navitor my stuff got here quicker than I thought it would. Tracking was easy to follow too, so I wasn’t left guessing where anything was. Happy with the whole shipping experience. I’ll stick with them as long as they keep this up, but if shipping starts getting slow or tracking becomes a hassle, I’d probably start looking somewhere else.

"Ordering took maybe 5 minutes"
I ordered through navitor.com and it was easy. I found what I needed in just a few minutes, uploaded my info, and checked out without any hassle. There were no confusing steps or weird extra things to figure out. I’d guess the whole thing took around 5 or 10 minutes, which is about all I want from a site like this. It just worked.

"Colors were spot on"
The colors came out really close to what I expected, which I was happy about. I’m not totally blown away or anything, but overall it was a good match and did the job

"Decent, but I was a little unsure"
I was a bit nervous I’d end up feeling fooled after ordering, because the preview looked really good. The paper itself was nice, but the colors came out a little dull compared to my original file. It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just expected the print to look sharper.

The service itself was okay and I didn’t have major issues with the product, but my experience with support wasn’t great. The person I spoke with came across a bit rude and didn’t really seem interested in helping. I did eventually get some of the information I needed, but the interaction could’ve been a lot more professional and friendly

I mostly just cared about watching the tracking, and that part was super easy. The updates came through quickly, so I never had to wonder where my order was. No stress at all

"Much better help than I’ve had before"
I needed a reprint fixed, and they took care of it really quickly. I’ve had reprint issues in the past with other places where it dragged on forever, so I really appreciated how fast they handled the refund too.

There were a ton of products to pick from, which was nice. I kind of thought it might be overwhelming, but it was actually easy to sort through and choose what I wanted. Just... lots of good options

"Communication was okay, but I kept wondering what was going on"
I ordered from Navitor my first reaction was that everything seemed fine enough. The process wasn’t bad, and nothing felt like a total mess, but I did catch myself thinking, wait, am I supposed to know what’s happening next?

I did get updates, but they weren’t always super clear or quick. A couple of times I ended up checking back myself because I wasn’t totally sure where my order stood, which was a little frustrating in the moment.

The order turned out alright, so I can’t really complain too much. I just wish the communication had been more direct and easier to follow, because that would’ve made the whole thing feel smoother.

My order was mostly correct, but one item wasn’t what I asked for. Mistakes happen, but I do think the restaurant should double-check orders before sending them out and take responsibility when something is off

"Works fine, but feels a little clunky"
The site gets the job done, and I can usually find what I’m looking for. That said, some pages take a while to load, and the menus can be a bit confusing at times. Not a bad experience overall, just feels like it could be smoother.

Support did end up fixing the issue, which I really appreciated, but it definitely took longer than I expected and I had to be a bit patient while waiting for everything to finally get resolved.

The paper is okay overall, but I was expecting it to feel a little thicker. Maybe that’s on me for assuming it would be more premium, but it just didn’t have the weight I was hoping for. The colors printed fine and didn’t look bad at all, I just wish the actual material felt a bit nicer.

I liked that the wholesale prices were right there and easy to figure out. Like, there weren’t any weird surprises popping up at checkout or anything. It just made placing the order feel way simpler...

My order from navitor showed up packed, like, way better than I expected. The boxes felt sturdy, and nothing was sliding around or anything when I opened them up.
A few corners on the outside box were a little banged up, but everything inside was totally fine. It was just nice to see they actually took the time to pack things carefully.

"Artwork help was decent, I guess"
The artwork support team did help me fix my file in the end, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I thought it would, and I had to ask a couple times before everything actually got sorted out. They were friendly enough, but I’m not totally sure it should’ve taken that much back and forth.

I was kind of anxious about the proofing part at first, but the proof came through quickly, which made me feel a lot better. I had a couple of small changes, and they handled them without any fuss. Super simple in the end.

"I ordered a batch of custom pieces..."
I ordered a batch of custom pieces from Navitor and was genuinely excited when they arrived. The die cuts looked really clean, with no rough edges or odd shapes, which was the main thing I had been a little nervous about.
The imprint came out great too, especially the smaller text. Everything was lined up nicely, the colors looked accurate, and nothing was blurry. The turnaround was as expected, and the order matched my files, so I’d definitely use them again for this type of project
